Included with each powerdraw Perpetual License purchase is a one-year SLA term. The decision to extend SLAs each year is optional and not a condition for continued use of your Perpetual Licenses. But, the SLA benefits terminate beyond the expiry date.

Each SLA One-Year Term Extension Includes:

  • Tech Support.

  • Latest powerdraw Upgrade and Installation Support.

  • Security Updates, Service and Maintenance.

SLA Term Extensions are only available to previously purchased powerdraw license(s). One SLA / one license. For Volume SLA Term pricing, please contact us.
