Included with each powerdraw Perpetual License purchase is a one-year SLA term. The decision to extend SLAs each year is optional and not a condition for continued use of your Perpetual Licenses. But, the SLA benefits terminate beyond the expiry date.
Each SLA One-Year Term Extension Includes:
Tech Support.
Latest powerdraw Upgrade and Installation Support.
Security Updates, Service and Maintenance.

IF SLA Term is inactive for over 12 months, reinstatement is NOT available.
